Billing Assistant
The role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join our friendly and collaborative billing team.
Ideal candidates will have previous billing experience from a similar role, with experience of using 3e.
Role responsibility
- Processing of bills/credit notes daily on 3e in line with the solicitor's accounts rules and firm policy
- Providing support to fee earners and secretaries with billing queries and producing reports when necessary
- Sending bills in line with our centralised billing process
- Process time transfers and write offs when requested by fee earners/secretaries
- Assist with firmwide and client credit control queries via telephone and email and updating ARCS with notes
- Generating monthly statement from ARCS
- Provide general support to finance function
- Assisting with the post go live 3e user group and planning of further 3e enhancements
About you
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate;
- Previous experience in a similar billing role, with experience of using 3e
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload, particularly at month and year end
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with fee earners and clients at all levels
